About the position

As a Project Manager on the Enterprise Portfolio Team, you will oversee high-impact, cross-functional projects that are essential to the success of Stryker's global business operations. This role involves managing complex initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with senior leadership and various business units to enhance operational efficiency and support long-term growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, enterprise-wide projects that support the company's strategic goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria; develop the project charter and management plan with analysis of critical path and major workstreams.
• Direct and control all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with key milestones and conducting critical path analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scope, create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure, and secure management approval.
• Develop and track the project Gantt chart, managing critical path dependencies and overseeing sub-project budgets.
• Partner with project teams to create and implement Quality Plans; monitor adherence to quality standards.
• Manage resources and cross-functional teams, defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables; provide feedback to functional managers.
• Develop and execute Stakeholder and Communication Management Plans, providing regular updates to key stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT or similar field
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• PMP certification
• Experience with PowerBI
