Project Manager - Epic Experience Preferred (Remote)

About the position

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all activities related to assigned projects or programs within the healthcare sector. This role involves accessing data to develop reports that identify outcomes and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring the success of various programs through effective project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and develop processes necessary to advance the project.
• Collaborate with various project leadership and act as a project champion to ensure program success.
• Serve as program representative on applicable committees and for meetings and educational webinars.
• Plan and manage logistics for educational programs, including organization of rooms, schedules, food, and presentations.
• Implement outreach efforts and maintain positive relationships with key referral sources such as physicians and clinical staff.
• Ensure timelines for all required processes and reports are completed and submitted.
• Provide oversight and assist in improving the quality of data and information as appropriate.
• Collect and report data to the team and other groups as needed.

Requirements

• 3 years of healthcare operational experience required.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
• Ability to work with and lead teams effectively.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to implement education programs.
• Experience in a Project Management role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Bachelor's degree in Health Care/Public Health field or related field required; significant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
