About the position

The Project Manager/Estimator at Scodeller Construction, Inc. is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects, particularly in the paving industry. Responsibilities

• Review bid opportunities via ODOT's letting schedule and information.
• Identify target projects for bidding.
• Prepare estimates and budgets for projects.
• Manage projects through completion and final close out.
• Ensure project profitability and success.

Requirements

• Five years of construction management experience, with at least two years in estimating, ideally in the paving industry.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Ability to strategize and multi-task.
• Knowledge of budgeting, profit and loss statements, and project profitability.
• Ability to travel within the state and possibly to surrounding states.
