About the position

The Project Manager (PM) at Eurofins Environment Testing Northwest is responsible for coordinating and managing client projects through all phases of laboratory operations. This includes project setup, client communication, reporting, invoicing, and maintaining client relationships. The role supports the laboratory's mission to ensure safety and compliance in analytical testing services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client projects through all phases of laboratory operations.
• Set up projects for commercial and Department of Defense programs.
• Review project documentation and manage project notes in LIMS.
• Communicate project details to operations and initiate project kick-off calls with clients.
• Manage purchase orders, task orders, contracts, and change order requests.
• Verify lab compound lists and limits meet project requirements.
• Schedule couriers or field samplers as needed.
• Generate subcontract paperwork and manage subcontract labs.
• Review and confirm client-specific report requirements and manage due dates.
• Review invoices and ensure all necessary client information is recorded in LIMS.
• Maintain client accounts and provide technical support as needed.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences or related field (four years related experience may substitute for a degree).
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• 6 months of client-relationship/customer service experience required.
• 2-3 years of client service experience preferred.
• Some bench chemist or field experience preferred.
