About the position

The Project Manager/Executive Assistant position at a manufacturing company in Largo, FL, involves overseeing projects across multiple departments while also performing executive assistant tasks. Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects in multiple departments.
  • Research projects related to operations and marketing.
  • Keep track of outstanding repairs and equipment issues, providing periodic updates.
  • Work on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Scribe for Operations and HR meetings.
  • Create light PowerPoint presentations.
  • Manage the Marketing inbox, delete spam, and send tasks to the COO for prioritization.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as writing non-technical copy and filling out tradeshow paperwork.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or as an executive assistant.
  • Technical knowledge of the pool chemical manufacturing industry is a plus.
