About the position

The Project Manager/Executive Assistant position at Randstad Pinellas involves overseeing various projects across multiple departments while also performing executive assistant tasks. This role is situated in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, specifically in the pool chemical manufacturing field, and requires a blend of project management skills and administrative support capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects in multiple departments
  • Research projects
  • Keep track of outstanding repairs and equipment issues and send periodic updates
  • Work on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Scribe for Operations meetings
  • Work on administrative projects such as writing material and reporting
  • Create light PowerPoint presentations
  • Scribe for HR meetings as needed
  • Keep track of all outstanding marketing projects and send periodic updates
  • Ensure marketing tasks are completed correctly and follow up on missing items
  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing, including writing non-technical copy and filling out tradeshow paperwork
  • Assign new tasks when previous tasks are completed
  • Manage the marketing inbox, delete spam, and send tasks to the COO for prioritization.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or as an executive assistant
  • Technical knowledge of the pool chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
