About the position

The Exhibit Designer / Project Manager plays a crucial role in the design team, focusing on creating custom exhibit and trade show booth designs for clients. This position requires a blend of creativity and technical skills, utilizing CAD software to produce visually appealing and functional designs while adhering to project timelines and client specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality, custom exhibit and trade show booth design for customers.
  • Utilize CAD drawing software for design purposes.
  • Create eye-catching trade show exhibits that are stylish and functional.
  • Collaborate with engineering to reduce time to market for designs.
  • Demonstrate solid design sense through projects, considering space, measurement, form, volume, and color.
  • Present ideas and designs clearly and professionally to partners and clients during meetings.
  • Take design direction from partners, clients, sales representatives, and the Department Manager.
  • Operate effectively under time constraints and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a cost-conscious approach while delivering services.
  • Make technical presentations internally and to customers.
  • Travel as needed for project requirements.
  • Be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • Experience in visual design and exhibit design.
  • Proficiency in CAD drawing software.
  • Strong presentation skills for client meetings.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Cost-conscious mindset with a focus on service orientation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Korean language.
