About the position
The Project Manager for Fire Mitigation will be responsible for overseeing fire mitigation projects, ensuring successful execution and exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong project management skills, effective communication with customers, and collaboration with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in fire mitigation and familiarity with water mitigation practices, along with proficiency in relevant software tools.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers to coordinate project schedules, answer questions, and provide updates in a timely manner.
- Leading project inspections, estimations, and overseeing project execution.
- Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Using software tools such as Mica, Xactimate, Xact Analysis, Fire & Ice, and Service M8 to track and manage projects.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fire mitigation restoration (water mitigation experience is an advantage).
- Proficiency in using project and mitigation software tools.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
- IICRC Certification in fire restoration (other related certifications are a plus).
