About the position

The Project Manager at ARB, Inc. will oversee and coordinate all aspects of Public Works projects within the Gas Operations division. This role is crucial for ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met while maintaining effective communication with project teams and stakeholders. The position offers opportunities for growth and is set in a dynamic work environment that requires adaptability to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of Public Works projects.
• Report to and assist the Division Manager.
• Participate in owner and team meetings.
• Coordinate with the direct project team including Superintendents, Field Managers, and Project Coordinators.
• Focus on quality, safety, and production throughout project execution.
• Discuss and resolve obstacles encountered during projects.
• Provide real-time feedback to direct reports and conduct weekly performance dialogues.
• Review production performance and conduct field observations.
• Review HCSS Daily Reports submitted by Foreman for accuracy.
• Conduct site visits and prepare field reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Previous experience in Public Works Construction is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proficient in Bluebeam software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
