This role is pivotal in planning and executing the strategic Global Development Operations Information Technology (GDO-IT) portfolio of projects. The primary responsibility is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while driving intended business outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors. This position requires managing a broad set of stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are met with urgency and precision. Key responsibilities include planning and leading the execution of assigned projects that support the objectives of the Cross Study Operations & Specimen Management (CSO & SM) Product Line in GDO IT. This involves creating detailed project plans, identifying dependencies, evaluating risks, and communicating status to management and stakeholders. The role also requires ensuring that project deliverables, schedules, and financials adhere to established standards and are managed in alignment with BMS Project Management best practices. Periodic evaluation of performance and development of action plans to achieve performance goals is also a critical aspect of this position.
