About The Position

HRP Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead a team focused on site characterization and remediation projects. This role involves managing personnel, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring successful project execution in compliance with environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or similar major
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years' experience in environmental investigation and remediation projects
• Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) or on LEP track preferred
• Strong background in geology, hydrogeology, geochemistry, or environmental science
• Experience with CT Remediation Standard Regulations and EPA Brownfields programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Previous experience managing and/or directing staff preferred
