About the position

The Project Manager - Glazing will oversee and coordinate glazing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of glazing systems, including glass and curtain wall installations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple glazing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glazing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of glazing systems, including glass and curtain wall installations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
