About the position

The Project Manager will lead efforts to expand and mature physical security technologies across the enterprise, managing a portfolio that includes capital funded construction projects, software deployments, and complex system migrations. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget while adhering to security protocols and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex security technology projects across segments and multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security business partners, security operations, and enterprise technology.
  • Ensure project goals are met on time and within budget while adhering to security protocols.
  • Lead discovery interviews, coordinate risk analysis, and draft communications regarding changes due to technology deployments.
  • Monitor vendor performance via regular status reporting and reviews.
  • Investigate specific performance issues and communicate early warning signs of risk.
  • Enforce consistent vendor performance guidelines to mitigate deficiencies in final product.
  • Coordinate vendor work with stakeholders and ensure contracted scope is fulfilled.
  • Review and process change orders as necessary.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure projects align with business objectives and gather business requirements.
  • Identify project level milestones and integrate them into an overall GSDE program level strategy.
  • Supervise all project scheduling, monitor schedule variances, and recommend corrective action as necessary.
  • Track project performance using tools including Asana, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
  • Track actual spend, report variances, and adjust future forecasts with proper change control.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience as a project manager leading enterprise-wide application level deployments.
  • Solid personal communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing software deployments or upgrade cycles.
  • Knowledge and experience with ticketing and project management systems.
  • Experience with editing/mark-up programs such as Bluebeam Revu.
  • Ability to read construction drawings.
  • PMP and/or CSPM certification.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years in a multinational organization and entertainment experience preferred.
  • Substantive technical experience with enterprise-grade global security systems.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing software deployments or upgrade cycles.
  • Knowledge and experience with ticketing and project management systems.
  • Experience with editing/mark-up programs such as Bluebeam Revu.
  • Knowledge of MS Project or comparable program (e.g., Smartsheet).
  • Experience working in Asana, ServiceNow, and Confluence (or comparable tools).
  • PSP, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, COBIT certifications.
