About the position

The Supply Chain PMO Manager will play a pivotal role in managing key strategic initiatives for both consumer and business supply chain teams. This position is designed for a seasoned project manager with over five years of experience in project management, particularly within the global supply chain domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading internal and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication with senior leadership, and managing strategic project launches. The role requires a strong focus on identifying, developing, and executing business efficiencies that contribute to the digitalization of supply chain processes and data management. This includes overseeing data validation efforts in conjunction with the delivery of project deliverables and modules. In this high-impact and highly visible position, the candidate will be expected to lead supply chain optimization projects that involve collaboration across various functions at an aggressive pace on an enterprise-wide scale. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience and a proven track record of driving cross-functional process improvements that yield tangible benefits to the business. The role demands a visionary leader who is passionate and driven, with the ability to conceptualize, design, and manage multiple complex projects or programs simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The responsibilities of the Supply Chain PMO Manager will include creating cohesive project plans that outline critical paths, task dependencies, and major milestones. The candidate will also be responsible for managing plans and schedules, identifying key risks, and developing mitigation strategies. Additionally, the role involves leading the implementation of new or reengineered processes, which encompasses project planning, resource management, change management, and training. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, along with PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications, is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategic initiatives for Clients Supply Chain
  • Lead cross functional supply chain teams & represent Supply Chain in external cross functional teams to ensure launch readiness
  • Liaison to internal business partners
  • Conceptualize, design and manage multiple complex projects/programs simultaneously to completion; responsible for end-to-end strategic project element
  • Create cohesive project plans with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones
  • Manage plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters
  • Identify key risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Lead implementation of new or reengineered processes including project planning, resource management, change management, and training

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience with competitive insights, market research, and turning ideas into executive level proposals and business cases
  • Experience in management or strategy consulting and customer experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management
  • PMP certification
  • Lean Six Sigma certification

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years of clients global supply chain experience
  • BI/data analytics experience
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL
  • Experience with supply chain planning systems such as wSAP, IBP, 1ERP
