About the position

The Project Manager role at HCL involves overseeing support projects with a focus on SAP MM modules. The position requires extensive experience in analyzing complex business processes, facilitating workshops to gather requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with on-site engineers, manage risks, and create project plans to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure, and test MM modules.
• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
• Coordinate with on-site engineers and attend customer calls.
• Raise risks, issues, and escalate to senior management and customers.
• Create all quality documents, collect metrics data, and conduct audits.
• Perform value creation and knowledge management activities.
• Create project plans and keep track of schedules for on-time delivery as per defined quality standards.
• Ensure process improvement and compliance, participate in technical design discussions, and review technical documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in support projects, specifically in SAP MM modules.
• B-Tech degree in a relevant field.
