About the position

As a Project Manager at CBRE, you will oversee healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic business objectives. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in the Texarkana, TX area at times, and involves direct client interaction to manage project scope, resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all areas of project management for healthcare projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Work directly with clients to prepare project elements such as scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, work plans, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation accuracy, timeliness, and coordination.
  • Direct the project delivery team, providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
  • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule, tracking project progress and reporting status and variances.
  • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, implementing action plans to reduce or eliminate risks.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share knowledge of job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and work to build consensus among stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with healthcare construction is preferred.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
