About the position

The Project Manager for Hospitality will oversee all phases of hospitality projects, ensuring successful execution from concept to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality sector, strong leadership, and organizational skills to manage diverse project teams and maintain client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of hospitality projects from concept to completion, including pre-design, design, construction, and post-occupancy phases.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants.
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget.
  • Ensure adherence to design standards, building codes, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
