About the position

The Project Manager will oversee all activities related to the construction of hospitality projects, specifically low-to-mid-rise hotels in the Southeast. This role involves managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout the construction process while maintaining strong relationships with clients to build trust and value.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all activities associated with the construction of hospitality projects.
  • Oversee contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of construction.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring trust and value throughout the construction process.
  • Guide project teams in building low-to-mid-rise hotels.
  • Ensure projects fall within the $10-25M range with 100-150 units.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, preferably with a general contractor or builder/developer.
  • Completion of at least 2 previous hotel builds.
  • Ability to read construction drawings.
  • Proficient in buyout of subcontracts and financial forecasting.
  • Familiarity with Atlanta's subcontractor and vendor market.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
