About the position

The Project Manager position within the Capital Market Project Management Practice at FIS is designed for recent graduates participating in the FIS University Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about the fintech industry while working on strategic client projects. As a Project Analyst, you will support experienced Project Managers and consultants, gaining essential skills in project management and client relationship management over a two-year full-time program.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the delivery of products to clients.
• Learn key project management skills including onboarding, budget management, and risk management.
• Assist in project progress reporting and change governance.
• Collaborate with consultants and project managers to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
• Develop an understanding of FIS products and their configuration to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability and a drive to learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team.
