About the position

The Project Manager II (non-IT) role is focused on managing the Employee Listening Program at AbbVie, overseeing the full survey lifecycle from vendor management to data reporting. This position requires a blend of project management expertise, HR knowledge, and technical skills to drive process improvements and automation within the survey administration process.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with vendor PM and SMEs on the project timeline
  • Set-up and configure surveys in the global employee listening platform
  • Manage the creation of all results decks and explore automation opportunities
  • Respond to ad-hoc survey requests for updates to existing reports
  • Act as the main technical point of contact with the vendor for system issues and testing new features
  • Outline project phases, milestones, and deadlines
  • Create a detailed timeline for the overall project
  • Ensure adherence to the timeline through regular check-ins and updates
  • Create and maintain survey process documentation
  • Manage day-to-day tasks for the AbbVie system administrator supporting Perceptyx

Requirements

  • Experience with Perceptyx platform
  • Strong project management skills
  • Background in HR
  • Experience in survey administration
  • Ability to pull reports and create PowerPoint presentations

Nice-to-haves

  • HR background (experience or degree)
  • Knowledge of HRIS and data management systems (Workday is a bonus)
  • 5+ years of experience
