About the position

As a Project Manager at DISH, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of the Retail Wireless team, focusing on managing new business and project launches while driving operational improvements. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams across the enterprise to tackle complex challenges and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Define project milestones and deliverables, ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead team meetings, obtaining feedback and approvals for requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Manage and resolve project risks or issues promptly.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and motivation within the team.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or business discipline, or 2+ years of Project Manager experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience launching products and services to the consumer market.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and tasks to completion.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Wireless industry experience preferred.
