About the position
The Project Manager II is responsible for the planning, implementation, and successful execution of multiple projects within specialized areas such as finance, radiology, and infrastructure. This role involves managing projects from initiation through to closeout, ensuring effective coordination and support among team members to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans for multiple projects.
- Manage internal and external project teams effectively.
- Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Conduct risk management through proactive analysis of schedules, costs, and resources.
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet performance goals.
- Create, track, and maintain project budgets and schedules.
- Communicate project status reports, including key decisions and critical activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of project management experience.
- 3 years of experience in information systems.
- Project Management Accreditation (PMI, Prince 2 or similar) required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
