About the position

The Project Manager III (DEI) role is focused on providing project management support for the Diversity, Business Partner (DBP) team, driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in DEI program management, project management, and process improvement, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support project management for DBP workstreams
  • Track and update org inventory, business engagement, and insights reporting
  • Proactive information distribution and real-time problem-solving
  • Identify and drive process improvement projects
  • Develop best practice presentation templates, DBP toolkits, and resources
  • Analyze DEI program participation data
  • Produce reports on internal and external DEI trends
  • Ensure consistent DEI updates to clients, XFN partners, and Business Resource Groups (BRGs)
  • Track amplification of DEI programs (e.g., Mentorship, Sponsorship)
  • Develop and operationalize DBP project plans
  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned projects
  • Communicate meeting notes, milestones, and changes
  • Document team meeting notes and track action items
  • Organize team resources and documents

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project/program management experience in program management, project management, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to effectively scope work, work independently, and demonstrate good judgment
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Google Suite, project management tools, and data analysis software

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluency with data analysis tools (e.g., Unidash, Tableau, Excel)
  • Experience in DEI or Business Partnering teams
  • Cross-functional experience interacting with all organizational levels
  • Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity
  • DEI program management or understanding of DEI strategies
  • Demonstrated skills in program management for complex projects with multiple stakeholders (i.e., in HR/Talent/DEI)
