About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage projects of small-to-medium size or components of larger projects from initiation to close-out.
• Develop, analyze, and execute project plans including scope identification, schedule, inter-dependencies, and resource forecast.
• Monitor project performance against plan and provide input on costs and budget impact.
• Lead the work of project team members and coordinate internal/external resources based on project demands.
• Identify and implement ways to address improvement opportunities for the team.
• Monitor and identify project risks, issues, and trigger events, executing mitigation plans as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures by project activities and team members.
• Build rapport with diverse project stakeholders and ensure their alignment and buy-in.
• Assist with vendor performance reviews and support contract negotiations.
