About The Position
The Senior Program Manager at HealthEdge plays a crucial role in supporting health plan, provider, and partner customers to successfully implement Wellframe products and services. This position serves as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, managing 2-4 implementations simultaneously, which may include complex accounts. The Senior Program Manager ensures that key project milestones are met, customer engagement metrics are achieved, and acts as a customer advocate within the organization.
