About The Position
The Senior Program Manager at HealthEdge plays a crucial role in supporting health plan, provider, and partner customers in the successful implementation of Wellframe products and services. This position serves as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, managing 2-4 implementations simultaneously, which may include complex accounts. The Senior Program Manager ensures that key project milestones are met, customer engagement metrics are achieved, and acts as a customer advocate within the organization.
