About The Position
The Senior Program Manager at HealthEdge is responsible for supporting health plan, provider, and partner customers in the successful implementation of Wellframe products and services. This role serves as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers, managing 2-4 implementations simultaneously, and ensuring that key project milestones are met on time. The Senior Program Manager acts as a customer advocate, relaying feedback and identifying opportunities for product enhancement while mentoring junior Program Managers and leading internal initiatives.
