About the position

Apptricity Corporation is seeking an experienced technical product Implementation Support Specialist/Project Manager to provide front-line customer and technical project management support to new customers and to work in conjunction with development and professional services to assist with implementing new software products. The ideal candidate in this role will be technically adept, customer service oriented, and resourceful when dealing with new statements of work and follow-on business with our clients as they arise. Apptricity produces market-leading supply chain and spend management software solutions utilizing state-of-the-art technology. Security Clearance Statement: This position may require a government security clearance. You do not need clearance prior to starting, however, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. This position is in-person in Irving, TX and may also require up to 25% travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver solutions based off of Project Plan guideline.
  • Work with customers to identify features and configuration requests for data integration into our software and maintain project on schedule and on time.
  • Educate clients and explain features and functionality of software applications.
  • Manage multiple customer implementations prioritize based on Go-Live dates.
  • Enter and maintain a log of all client interactions including all support email interactions, phone calls, chats, website development, and any other issue related to our clients.
  • Assist with some implementation duties as needed such as training, knowledge transfer, and hands-on configuration and support during the pre and post-implementation phase of the project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of software related experience providing in-depth software support in a technical support environment required.
  • Experience creating SQL query scripts for use with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
  • JIRA Administration experience strongly desired.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and communicate the functionality of a software product to end users.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and support issues.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills with the ability to exercise patience with end users possessing varying degrees of computer knowledge/system skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow issues through resolution.
  • Ability to identify and manage potential escalations in a timely manner.
  • Microsoft Project and Teams Experience.
  • Ability to create data import export scripts.

Nice-to-haves
