About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, project management, and technical implementation, ensuring a superior customer experience throughout the implementation process of various product lines. This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to manage expectations, document progress, and deliver results that enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular and concise communication with clients.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure delivery of a white-glove customer experience during the implementation process.
  • Engage with clients to collect necessary information for the implementation of Security Services, IT, Voice, and Data products.
  • Document the implementation process from quote to cash via our ticketing system.
  • Ensure all notes, correspondence, and configuration details are meticulously recorded.
  • Procure equipment for new, ongoing, and upcoming projects.
  • Provision and test configurations according to client requirements across multiple product lines.
  • Suggest features to maximize user experience and elevate business practices.
  • Complete the porting process via our porting platform.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and respond to technical questions related to service implementation.
  • Provide in-depth training for multiple product sets and platforms, including faxing, voice, porting, and mobile apps.
  • Develop creative and innovative ideas for training and demos.
  • Provide post-install client support for troubleshooting, call flow adjustments, training, and MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes).
  • Create work orders and collaborate with contractors on installations.
  • Source, quote, and order fiber/internet services.
  • Monitor orders from placement to support handoff, providing clients with clear status updates throughout the process.
  • Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for agents, partners, and internal staff members.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new clients/partners for FAXedge, ensuring timely implementation and client support.
  • Provide proper support and troubleshooting for FAXedge post-installation.
  • Conduct client outreach to provide training and migration assistance.
  • Organize and prioritize projects, workload, and activities to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in project management, particularly in technology and service implementation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical proficiency with IT, security services, voice, and data products.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and documentation practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide training and support to diverse audiences.
