About the position
The Project Manager for Industrial/Advanced Manufacturing at Page will lead large design teams on technically sophisticated projects within sectors such as semiconductor, data center, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role combines client-facing and team-facing responsibilities, ensuring successful project execution while fostering strong relationships with clients and collaborators.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and organize project teams for design, development, production, and project document delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, team members, and the client.
- Successfully execute projects by following Page's and Owner's protocols and procedures to reach the best solution.
- Develop strong client, consultant, and collaborator relationships.
- Understand budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Provide monthly project status reports including staffing and cash flow projections.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the project team.
- Collaborate on project fee development and proposals.
Requirements
- A Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field from an accredited, four-year university.
- Professional Engineers or Architecture license preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, mission critical sectors, or similarly complex projects.
- Ability to manage multiple project sizes, with a concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plus.
- Proficient with construction administrative processes and detailing skills.
- Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, engineering teams, and consultants.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to successfully lead/organize a team of multiple disciplines and consultants.
- Confident with public speaking and networking.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
