About the position

The Project Manager for Industrial/Advanced Manufacturing at Page Southerland Page, Inc. is responsible for leading large design teams on technically sophisticated projects within the Industrial Market Sector. This role involves both client-facing and team-facing responsibilities, focusing on advanced manufacturing projects such as semiconductor and automotive manufacturing centers. The position offers significant growth potential and requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead large design teams for advanced manufacturing projects.
• Forecast and organize project teams for design, development, production, and document delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, team members, and clients.
• Execute projects by adhering to Page's and Owner's protocols and procedures.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, and collaborators.
• Understand budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Provide monthly project status reports including staffing and cash flow projections.
• Mentor and guide project team members.
• Collaborate on project fee development and proposals.

Requirements

• A Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineers or Architecture license preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or mission-critical market sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple project sizes, particularly large projects valued at $30MM plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Proven effectiveness in coordinating with contractors, engineering teams, and consultants.
• Excellent writing skills and detail-oriented organization.
