About the position

The Project Manager at Industrial Piping & Welding LLC is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion in the industrial piping and welding sector. This role requires ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating with various stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion within budget and timeline constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure project goals are achieved.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while keeping a high level of success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in industrial piping and welding projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software (Sage100) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
