About the position

The Project Manager, Strategic Accounts at Linqia plays a crucial role in leading influencer marketing campaigns for key brand clients. This position requires strong leadership, accountability, and business acumen to manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful program delivery while enhancing client experiences. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution, and requires effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of influencer marketing programs, from strategic planning to creative execution and delivery.
• Quarterback project schedule planning and execution, updating reports and communicating program status to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams in conducting hand-offs for successful execution and post-mortem reviews.
• Identify improvement projects and implement program management tools and processes.
• Route creative to influencers and clients, ensuring clear feedback and timely revisions.
• Identify program risks early and align cross-functional partners to mitigate solutions.
• Monitor processes and advocate for improvements to work more efficiently.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account, project, or program management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to cultivate partnerships across functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
• High energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment.
• Excellent technical skills in Google Sheets/Excel and project management tools like Asana.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
