The Project Manager for ISR Acquisitions at Assertive Professionals will support the National Security Customer in Springfield, VA. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee ISR acquisition projects for the National Security Customer.
  • Collaborate with senior government officials and foreign dignitaries.
  • Apply system engineering processes to project management tasks.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and interface definition for complex systems.
  • Ensure compliance with NGA, DoD, and other IC Agencies acquisition processes.
  • Implement risk management and metrics development for project success.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Willingness to submit to a CI Polygraph.
  • 8 years of total work experience (7 years with a Master's degree, 6 years with a Doctorate).
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or engineering related field.
  • 6 years of specialized experience with NGA, DoD, or other IC Agencies acquisition processes.
  • 6 years of specialized experience in program/project management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in applying system engineering processes, particularly in requirements analysis.
  • Familiarity with program integration, scheduling, and configuration management.
  • Understanding of Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) and multi-INT data fusion.
  • Experience with big data analytics and data visualization.
