About the position

The IT Project Manager role is focused on managing projects with low to medium visibility and risk, impacting multiple business lines and software applications. The position involves collaborating with business unit managers and project sponsors to define project scope, deliverables, budget, and schedule. The Project Manager will lead a project team, ensuring effective communication, risk management, and alignment with customer needs throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Establish project scope, deliverables, budget, and schedule in collaboration with business unit managers and project sponsors.
• Assemble and manage the project team, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Identify risks, implement changes, and monitor project progress.
• Ensure project deliverables meet customer needs and expectations.
• Support the IT team's business segment goals by providing project management services.

Requirements

• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
• Experience in managing stakeholders effectively.
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles.
• Working knowledge of Cyber Security Technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Risk management knowledge, including preparing and responding to risks during project oversight.
• Basic business knowledge, understanding organizational structures in business and technology departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice-to-haves

• ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Experience with Waterfall methodology and ADO boards is a plus.
