About the position
The Project Manager/IT Portfolio Manager at Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC is responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating IT and Cyber Security projects within the NSWC Corona Division. This role ensures that project goals are met within specified time frames and budget constraints, while also overseeing the recruitment and assignment of project personnel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate activities of IT and Cyber Security projects.
- Review project plans to determine time frames and funding limitations.
- Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase.
- Recruit or assign project personnel as needed.
- Ensure project objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
- 10 years of professional experience in program/project management for IT programs/projects.
- Experience working with DoD/Military customers.
- Secret clearance.
