Requirements

• 7 years of experience in IT Project Management role.
• Experience in Telephony Project Management, specifically with Genesys Call integration with Salesforce.
• 3 years of experience managing projects in an Agile environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally.
• PMP or PMPACP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or related field.
