Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects with a focus on telephony systems and integration with Salesforce.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to ensure project success and team collaboration.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Rally to track progress and manage tasks.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience in Telephony Project Management, specifically with Genesys Call integration with Salesforce.
• 3 years of experience managing projects in an Agile environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• PMP or PMPACP certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile engineering practices such as Test Driven Development.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Rally.
