About the position

The Project Manager for Key Accounts is responsible for overseeing key projects with strategic customers, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and exceptional customer service. This role involves managing project documentation, communication with stakeholders, and maintaining strong relationships with key customer contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key projects within strategic, large key customer(s).
  • Ensure projects are planned and documented properly with key milestones for internal and external customers.
  • Take complete ownership of projects, coordinating tasks completed by both internal and external contacts.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and track task completion communication throughout the project.
  • Communicate project status to all stakeholders at agreed-upon frequencies, including customer communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of related experience in project management, account management, or customer service.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the fastener distribution industry or related experience.
