About the position

The Project Manager for Land Development at McAdams will play a crucial role in the Civil Engineering department, focusing on the development of overall layouts and original designs for various land development projects. Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to develop overall layout and original designs for land development projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for grading, drainage, and stormwater management.
• Ensure compliance with stormwater and erosion control regulations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Support business development, marketing, and client management activities.
• Develop project scopes, programming, and fee proposals.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Project management experience in residential and commercial design.
