About the position

The Project Manager for the Landscaping Division at Pinnacle Contracting Services, LLC is responsible for overseeing project performance, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost management. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage subcontractors effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities

• Accountable for Project Performance (scope, quality, schedule, and cost).
• Engage with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish cohesive relationships and coordinate job schedules.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure jobs are performed on time, within budget, safely, and to quality standards.
• Understand the scope of each job to track and document expenses and revenue generated.
• Perform jobsite checks to ensure scope of work and quality.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize safety protocols set by OSHA.
• Provide a positive and engaging work environment.
• Expedite material deliveries according to project schedule requirements.
• Review and approve material/equipment invoices according to the project budget.

Requirements

• 1 year of Project Management experience (preferred).
• 2 years of Landscaping experience (required).
• 1 year of Construction experience (required).
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License (required).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly.
• Basic computer and math skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Conflict resolution and management skills.
