About the position

As Project Manager - Marketing & Graphics for Eataly North America, you will lead a small team of graphic designers to fulfill the graphic needs for all Eataly locations in the US and Canada. This role involves managing team workloads, strategizing for growth, and coaching team members. You will oversee the entire creative process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project management for graphic design needs.
• Support project intake and assignment process from internal partners and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure all projects are documented and tracked in the project management system.
• Act as the point person throughout the creative task life cycle, providing status updates and securing approvals.
• Forecast creative resourcing based on incoming requests and upcoming projects.
• Partner with marketing/creative leadership to document project prioritization.
• Monitor timelines to ensure on-deadline delivery and address any concerns that may delay projects.
• Facilitate regular postmortems to ensure continuous improvement for creative team throughput and efficiency.
• Manage communication with creative vendors and track progress of orders.
• Support marketing & creative leadership in reporting on financial status of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in design, focusing on both print and digital media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design concepts and collaborating with teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail or food industries is a plus.
