About the position

The Project Manager - Marketing III (Advanced) role is focused on providing comprehensive marketing support and business analysis within the oncology and precision medicine sectors. This position emphasizes managing Diagnostic Patient Programs and supporting the Precision Medicine team on various projects, ensuring effective communication and operational support across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage several aspects of general marketing support and business analysis with a strong emphasis on Diagnostic Patient Programs process management.
• Support the Precision Medicine team on various projects related to company growth and scale.
• Manage several small diverse projects, following up on teammates and project components.
• Provide operational support and manage processes related to marketing initiatives.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for team meetings, track project timelines and deliverables, and follow up on action items.
• Conduct data analysis and synthesize data within projects.
• Communicate updates and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders, including global and regional teams.
• Manage internal and external meeting logistics and liaise with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree with 5 years of job-related experience.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Background in operations and marketing support.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in Outlook, Notes, Excel, and PowerPoint for project management and data analysis.
• Ability to quickly learn new IT systems and collaborate with technical colleagues.
• Experience in large pharma organizations, particularly in project management, marketing, oncology, and/or precision medicine.

Nice-to-haves

• Extremely professional executive administrative background.
• Familiarity with navigating promotional content creation and Merck review/approval processes.
• Oncology experience/background strongly preferred.
