About the position

The Senior Project Manager for Marketing Technologies will play a crucial role within the Martech and Patient Solutions team in the IT department of a leading Pharma & Biotech corporation. This position is responsible for managing IT Marketing projects, ensuring they align with business goals while fostering collaboration across various departments. The role requires a blend of technical and soft skills to effectively lead project delivery and manage stakeholder expectations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets as applicable
• Identify and manage key dependencies across other IT Marketing initiatives in flight
• Ensure project delivery according to established agreements between all teams
• Ensure accurate reporting of in-flight activities, including risks and escalations
• Facilitate strong collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
• Create and maintain project plans using Smartsheet and/or MS Excel
• Facilitate status meetings, including weekly status and daily stand-ups
• Create and maintain weekly status reports
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and mitigating actions

Requirements

• 4+ years of strong Technical Project Management experience within the Marketing space
• Previous work experience with a large Pharma or Biotech corporation
• Strong experience with Adobe, Salesforce Health Cloud, Mulesoft, Informatica MDM
• Experience providing business analytics is a huge plus
• Experience working on IT Marketing projects is required

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with both Agile and waterfall methodologies
• Ability to produce process maps, including functional processes and high-level data flows
• Demonstrated ability to trace requirements to testing and acceptance criteria
