Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Media Production to join our growing Communications team at our corporate campus in Naples, Florida. This role is pivotal in overseeing the prioritization, planning, and successful delivery of various media production projects that support Medical Education, Product Management, Marketing, Human Resources, and other departments. The Project Manager will ensure the efficient execution of a diverse portfolio of media content, leading a team to coordinate efforts that align with our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™. In this position, the Project Manager will collaborate closely with Arthrex partners to produce high-quality digital media aimed at educating our audiences. The role involves contributing to strategic planning sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. The Project Manager will work alongside Production Coordinators and Producers to maintain trackable projects within project management systems, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating timelines and deadlines, surveying project statuses, and communicating updates to key stakeholders regarding the development and constraints of scope, cost, and schedule. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, as the Project Manager will need to propose ideas during the Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production phases to overcome challenges and optimize resource use. Additionally, the Project Manager will develop financial aspects of assigned projects, create best practices for project requests, and continuously improve quality standards and efficiencies within the media production department. The Project Manager will also be expected to align project goals with the capabilities of the media production department, evolve knowledge of media production tools, and maintain regular communication with project stakeholders to ensure all projects stay on track. This position may require working nights and weekends, and the Project Manager may supervise other media production professionals as needed.
