Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure on-time completion.
• Lead and manage the design team.
• Maintain and manage relationships with clients.
• Generate own work through business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Associate degrees will also be considered).
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead people.
• Building systems design experience required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E) certification is a plus.
