About the position

The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of Ground Up New Construction projects in the Multifamily and Commercial sectors, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and safety. This role involves managing vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project completion on-time and within budget while maintaining superior quality and safety standards.
• Review project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, and staffing requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Complete materials take-offs, establish cost estimates, and track material procurement schedules.
• Confer with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, and coordinate activities to ensure project progress.
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to achieve desired results.
• Act with integrity and support company values while focusing on meeting customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Business preferred.
• 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager in Multifamily/Commercial Construction.
• Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects.
• Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience is a plus.
