About the position

The Project Manager in the Municipal Services division at raSmith is responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects that positively impact communities. This role involves writing proposals, managing project budgets, and serving as the main point of contact for municipal clients. The Project Manager will also coordinate with team members and sub-consultants to ensure project success and contribute to the growth of the client base in the Greater Madison area.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin
  • Minimum of eight (8) years progressive experience in all aspects of civil engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience as a project manager or in manager-level responsibilities
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology and hydraulic software is preferred
  • Applicable U.S. based work experience
