• Serve as a technical design expert for projects and supervise junior staff
• Plan and manage projects and tasks to complete them on time and within budget
• Supervision of Engineers, Technologists, and Designers

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin
• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years' experience in the design of civil infrastructure
• Experience with public and/or private sector clients and projects
• Experience in design functions such as site planning, roads, drainage, grading, water systems, and sanitary sewer systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D preferred
• Experience in engineering design, construction inspection, contract administration, project management, and business development
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to travel to nearby clients as required
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record required
