About the position

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within specified deadlines and budgets. This role involves acquiring resources, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day management of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
  • Acquire resources and coordinate efforts of team members and third-party contractors.
  • Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of programs and projects.
  • Coordinate project post-mortems and create recommendations reports.
  • Develop project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project stakeholder expectations and report accurate project information.
  • Create project management documents and presentations for medium and large projects.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables and develop progress reports.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Identify and resolve issues within the project team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience managing and completing multiple high-visibility projects and deliverables.
  • Experience working with vendors.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of strategic planning, market analytics, and market research methods in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with business intelligence software and tools.
